10a NCAC 27g .5204      PHYSICAL PLANT

(a)  All sleeping units shall provide at least the following space:

(1)           30 square feet per person;

(2)           30 inches between sides of beds.

(b)  A minimum of the following shall be provided:

(1)           one shower head for each ten individuals;

(2)           one flush toilet for each ten individuals; and

(3)           one handwashing facility, adjacent to toilet facilities, for each 20 individuals.
